OLIVIA

Here is Olivia!

She counted up to 13 yesterday. (Most times she misses out 1 and 2).

First day at school

Here is Sofia on her first day at St Mary's.
She is in Miss Johnson's class - FJ.

Luckily, so far (2 days in) she loves it.

She starts off with a month of half days (0845 - 1200); after a couple of weeks, she has lunch there too, then after a month, she goes all day!

Olivia (and Mummy) really miss her.

Devon Part 2 - South Molton

After leaving David and Doreen's, we headed north up to South Molton to stay at North Hayne Farm, where the weather took a turn for the worse.

The farm was excellent. Every day at 9.3o am and 6pm, the children would go and feed the animals - rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks, pig, goats, sheep, and finally a ride on the donkeys.

Olivia also loved the cats coming round for milk in the mornings.

Devon Part 1 - Honiton

We went to stay at David and Doreen's house en route to our holiday cottage.
Weather was great, and the girls instantly fell in love with both of them.

Archaeological Dig

Sofia went on an real Archaeological Dig in Cressing Temple Barns in Essex.

She did amazingly well, and found this Georgian vase.

At the end, the archaeologist gave a talk on some of the things that were found, and out of the 3 things chosen, two were found by Sofia!

Brighton - August 2009

Our friends Karen, Charlie, Sam and Ollie let us stay in their house in Brighton while they were on holiday.

Olivia dressing up

By the beach, there was a play area with sandpits and a pool. Sofia started off just paddling in the pool. This turned into a fully clothed dip!
